Our firm filed a lawsuit in Crawford County, Illinois regarding a 30 year old woman who suffered severe and permanent injuries to her vagina due to alleged medical negligence of an obstetrician. 

Our firm filed a medical malpractice claim in St. Clair County, Illinois regarding an individual who recently died from pancreatitis. The lawsuit alleges that the doctors caring for the decedent failed to adequately treat his pancreatic insufficiency which ultimately led to his premature death.

Weilmuenster Law, PC filed suit against Edwardsville Community Unit School District #7 on behalf of a young man who was sexually abused while he was in high school by an administrator of Edwardsville High School. This is the latest of dozens of lawsuits filed by our law firm for victims of childhood sexual abuse.

Mike Weilmuenster reached a settlement resolution for a woman who fell over a jagged and uneven walking surface at a local convenience store, resulting in fractures of her leg and shoulder and leaving her with permanent physical damages. The amount of the settlement is confidential.

Mike Weilmuenster was successful in obtaining a confidential settlement on behalf of a gentleman who developed an allergic reaction and subsequent heart attack as a result of taking a medication that his physicians knew he was allergic to. Plaintiff had previously experienced anaphylactic shock with this medication prescribed by his doctor. However, some 7 years later, the doctor again prescribed that medication to him despite knowledge of his allergy.

Mike Weilmuenster was brought in as lead counsel to take over a lawsuit filed against Collinsville High School regarding sexual abuse perpetrated upon a student by one of the school’s administrators. Mr. Weilmuenster is recognized as a foremost expert in child sexual abuse cases in southern Illinois.
