Mike Weilmuenster settled a medical malpractice claim for a confidential amount for an individual who underwent prostate surgery where a surgical error led to severe catastrophic injuries, nearly resulting in the client’s death leaving him with pennanent injuries.

Mike Weilmuenster recently filed suit on behalf of a gentleman with a history of Barrett’s esophagus who later developed advanced esophageal cancer. Our firm alleges that the defendant doctors knew of the plaintiff’s Barrett’s esophagus for over 12 years but never ordered any type of test as is required to monitor the development of esophageal cancer. This suit was filed in St. Clair County.
